New items:

IBISCHK6 Parser development:

- Mike showed the parser contract draft 4.
- Bob asked if the copyright was necessary.
  - Mike suggested asking SAE.
  - We dropped the copyright footer
- Bob said Chris seems overloaded these days.
- Bob suggested "Open Forum" should be "IBIS Open Forum".
- Michael suggested leaving it, SAE might change it.
- We moved section 1d to 1a

- Bob would like to continue to be the designated contact person.
- Michael agreed

- Item 10 was changed, dropping "immediately" and using "latest signing date below".
- In item 11 "regular updates" was dropped.
- Bob suggested dropping item #12.
  - This was added for a contract with Jon Powell.
- Michael M: That was to allow him to walk away after 6 months if no payment was receive.
- Bob preferred to have full funding before the parser is written.
- Mike suggested we should have some guarantee of a parser before asking for license payments.
- We changed #12

- We will require gcc 4.1.2 or later
- We deleted a sentence under BIRD 160
- We discussed whether BIRD 160 checking should include tests for numeric
consistency where parameter lookups are used.
- Bob: Checking that vlow < vhigh for example could be complicated if each one
was tied to a Range parameter, for example.
- Mike: We should do that now instead of having files that pass IBISCHK6.0.0
  fail in a future release.
  - The changes for 6.0 probably are small enough to afford additional work.

AR: Mike send draft 5 of the parser development contract

Meeting ended at 12:08 Eastern Time.
